Job Title: Nursery Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our doodlebug nursery team, offering exceptional care to children and babies in a private day nursery setting.
We are looking for warm, caring and sunny individuals to assist in providing excellent care for children under 5years. The ability to relate to children in a positive manner is essential, together with a creative and enthusiastic approach.
Willingness to undertake further relevant training. Experience of working as part of a team is desirable as is food hygiene and first aid certificates. Whilst no formal qualification is required for the Nursery Assistant Post, experience of working with children or experience of being a parent/guardian is highly desirable.
Training and development opportunities leading to additional qualifications are available. We will also support you in gaining additional qualifications such as First Aid and Food and Hygiene Certificates.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in the child care sector, gain qualifications while they are in paid employment gaining experience.
Hourly rate on application, rates are related to experience.
